I am an experienced, confident celebrant who presents light-hearted, love-filled ceremonies all about you and your love.

There are seven easy steps to get you married:

1. Initial Meeting via video call or in person (free & no obligation to book).

2. Completion of Booking Form, Legally Required Info and Questionnaire (all online)

3. Meeting via video call or in person to discuss and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage and plan your ceremony.

4. Lots of ceremony planning via email/messages during the months before your wedding to make sure I have all the details I need to create your ceremony.

5. Week of the Wedding Final Planning Session (in person or video call).

6. Your Wedding Day!

7. I deliver all documents to register your marriage to the Registry Office the week after your wedding.

MARRIAGE CEREMONIES

EPIC loveday

I love to create a unique, fun, personal & memorable ceremony that will be an absolute highlight of your day and kick start your celebrations in the best way! I give you amazing support as you plan your wedding and on the day, I make sure everything runs smoothly so you and your guests have an awesome time at your ceremony.

Let me bring all my experience and energy to make this a fun and stress-free experience for you!

My Epic Loveday Fee of $1100 plus GST (10%) includes:

The perfect light-hearted & love-filled ceremony that celebrates your love and life together (approx. 30 mins).
All the legal documentation prepared and submitted to Registry.
Planning meeting either in person or on video call.
Access to my online Love Hub with heaps of resources to plan your perfect ceremony.
Assistance with writing your personal vows.
Printed Personal Vow Cards and Reading Cards.
Option to include readings, blessings and/or unity rituals such as handfasting.
Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day in a special folder with your ceremony script, vow cards and signing pen.
Use of my professional PA system and wireless microphones. I will control the ceremony music for you if you do not have a musician.
I arrive 45 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
I coordinate with your other vendors before and on the day so everything runs smoothly.
30 minutes of pre-ceremony music (my playlist or yours)
30 minutes of post-ceremony music (my playlist or yours)
Final Planning Meeting in the two weeks before your wedding either at your venue or over video call. Rehearsal at venue included if you wish.
Help whenever you need it and a new friend for life!

Optional Extras:

Cocktail Hour Host from $250 + GST – An additional two hours of music, coordination and guest assistance between your ceremony and reception.
Ceremony and Reception Set Up from $250 + GST – I will arrive two hours before your ceremony to set up any decorations and furniture you supply.
Reception Host (MC) $700 + GST - Good vibes and smooth sailing from cocktail hour til the dance floor opens.

Epic Loveday Enquiry

LOW KEY LOVEDAY

For small, intimate weddings like elopements, surprise weddings, little backyard or park celebrations with your closest family and friends.

Tell me in a few words what you love about each other and what marriage means to you and I'll add some lovely words to my short and sweet ceremony.

You will need at least at two witnesses over 18 (I can provide witnesses for an additional fee if you are truly eloping in secret!).

My Low Key Loveday fee of $800 plus GST (10%) includes:

The perfect sweet and simple ceremony (approx. 15-20 minutes) - you can choose to include Personal Vows, I Do, Rings, Music, Unity Ritual etc.
All the legal documentation prepared and submitted to Registry.
Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day in a special folder with your ceremony script and signing pen.
Use of my professional PA system and wireless microphones. I will control the ceremony music for you if you do not have a musician.
30 minutes of pre-ceremony music and 15 minutes of post-ceremony music (my playlist or yours).
Week of Wedding Video Call to go over the details so it runs smoothly.
In Person Rehearsal not included but can be added for an extra fee.

Low Key Lovedays are available at venues on Monday to Thursday only.

Available at homes, parks, beaches etc. any day including weekends subject to my availability.

legal LOVEDAY

A Registry Office Style Ceremony with just the legally required words and paperwork.

Ceremony can be at your home, a park, the beach - you choose. Not available at venues unless it is an elopement at a venue with just you and a few witnesses.

We’ll have to meet in person or via video call at least one month before your wedding date to discuss and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage, but other than that, I’ll see you on the Big Day!

FEES

$500 plus GST (Monday to Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays before 1pm)

$650 plus GST (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays after 1pm)

All subject to my availability.

TAG TEAM CEREMONIES - Having your ceremony presented by a friend then having me do the legal bits is an option at any location (including venues) but we will have to discuss exactly what you want so I can give you a quote and more info.

Legal Loveday Enquiry

IMPORTANT INFOrmation

Whichever ceremony style you choose, you need to lodge a Notice of Intended Marry (NOIM) with me no less than ONE MONTH before your desired wedding date to be able to legally marry. There are limited special exceptions, so contact me to discuss this if you want to get married in less than a month and I can tell you what you need to do.

Our initial meeting is free of charge with no obligation to book my services....but I sure hope you do!

cocktail hour host

You know that bit between your Ceremony and Reception when guests kinda don't know what to do?! Let me play Hostess with the Mostess! I will make sure it all runs smoothly and everyone has a great time.

A few of the things you might like me to do:

Play music with my awesome PA system
Help organise family & friend photos
Liaise with Venue Coordinator and other Vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly for your Reception
Get your Guest Book signed and Polaroids snapped!
Collect cards and gifts
Take candid snaps and videos of your guests enjoying Cocktail Hour to send to you later
Get song requests to pass on to your DJ

Whatever you need to happen in the 'In Between', let me take care of it so you can enjoy your Just Married Love Bubble, getting photos and smooching!

As your Celebrant, I get to know you both really well and so I am the perfect person to be your MC too! It's so important to have someone organised, responsible and sober to keep your celebrations running smoothly so everyone can have the best time.

Don't burden one of your guests with the duty of being MC for the evening - it's a big responsibility and they just want to have fun with you!

I'll make sure it all runs perfectly from Cocktail Hour, to the photography schedule, meal service times, reception entrances, speeches, cake cutting, games and all of the fun stuff along the way. You can be sure I will have all of these formalities done ASAP with plenty of time left to enjoy yourselves.

My MC services include:

Comprehensive reception planning with a detailed run sheet.
Coordination and collaboration with all of your other vendors involved in reception celebration.
Four hours of attendance. For example, if your ceremony begins at 4pm, MC will be from 5pm - 9pm).
Add additional hours if required - request quote.
Everything that is included in 'Cocktail Hour Host' - just let me know what you need!
Personal introductions to all of your formalities that fit in with the vibe of your day.
The option to use of my high quality wireless PA and microphone system for speeches.

NOTE: This fee is an add-on to my Celebrant Services. If I am not your Celebrant, my standalone MC fee is $1000 plus GST.

Fee for 4 hours: $700 (plus GST)

diy ceremony & Reception set up

Have you created your ceremony and reception set up by yourself? Well done you!

Now hand it all over to someone super responsible, experienced and organised (maybe a little (a lot) OCD!) and enjoy your Love Bubble!

Let's chat about what you need to happen on the day before your ceremony and reception. Once I know what you need, I'll confirm the cost for this service.

A few things that you might need help with:

Setting up the ceremony and/or reception styling
Organising refreshments for guests before and after the ceremony (you provide or I can buy and you cover costs). Lots of icy cold water on hot days is a must!
Liaising with and coordinating other vendors

I love helping you and your guests enjoy this epic day however I can, so give me a list and leave it to me!
