EPIC LOVEDAYS FOR ALL LOVERS!

I am an experienced, confident celebrant who presents light-hearted, love-filled ceremonies all about you and your love. I have married over 400 very happy couples who love my vibe - it's the perfect balance of super organised and easy-going, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Most importantly, I make sure you have an epic ceremony that you'll never forget!


Seven easy steps to get you married:


1. Initial Chat over phone,  video call or in person (free & no obligation to book).

2. Complete Booking Form and Legally Required Info 

3. Meeting via video call or in person to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage and discuss your ceremony plans so far.

4. Lots of ceremony planning via email/messages during the months before your wedding to make sure I have all the details I need to create your ceremony. You get a draft ceremony 3-4 weeks.

5. Week of the Wedding Chat to finalise details (in person or video call).

6. Your Wedding Day!

7. I deliver all documents to the Registry Office & give you a Name Change Guide (optional).


Celebrants set their own fees and mine are very affordable and amazing value for the heart and soul I put into your ceremony and planning. Check out the Reviews from some of my very happy couples to see for yourself!

Let me create a unique, fun, personal & memorable ceremony that will be an absolute highlight of your day and kick start your celebrations in the best way! I'll bring all my experience and energy to make this a fun and stress-free experience for you, with amazing support as you plan your wedding. On the day, I make sure everything runs smoothly so you and your guests have an awesome time at your ceremony.


It is so worth the investment in a genuine, professional, organised and experienced person to be your Celebrant.


Inclusions:

  • A perfectly personalised ceremony written just for you.
  • All the legal documentation prepared and submitted to Registry.
  • Planning meeting either in person or on video call.
  • Contact me any time on message & email.
  • Access to my online Love Hub with heaps of resources to plan your perfect ceremony.
  • Help with writing your personal vows.
  • Printed Personal Vow Cards and Reading Cards.
  • Option to include readings, blessings and/or unity rituals such as handfasting.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day in a special folder with your ceremony script, vow cards and questionnaires.
  • Use of my professional PA system and wireless microphones. I will control the ceremony music for you if you do not have a musician.
  • I arrive 45 mins before your ceremony and check set up as required.
  • I coordinate with your other vendors before and on the day so everything runs smoothly.
  • 30 minutes of pre-ceremony music (my playlist or yours)
  • 30 minutes of post-ceremony music (my playlist or yours)
  • Final Planning Meeting/Rehearsal in person or over video call. 
  • Free to use Welcome Sign for Ceremony ~ I have 3 designs to choose from
  • Help whenever you need it & a new friend for life!


My Current Fee

$1300 plus 10% GST

For all available dates up to 23 December 2027. Fee for locations within 50km of Success. Locations 50km+ travel fees apply.

Add Ons:

  • Cocktail Hour Host $300 + GST – An additional two hours of music, coordination and guest assistance between your ceremony and reception.
  • Ceremony & Reception Set Up Coordinator from $300 + GST – I will arrive two hours before your ceremony to coordinate the set up of decorations and furniture. 
  • Reception Host (MC) $800 + GST - Good vibes and smooth sailing from cocktail hour til the dance floor opens.
  • Handfasting Ritual (Tie the knot) with Custom Braid from $44 (different designs available).

Take Offs:

  • No Rehearsal at Venue required - Take Off $100
  • Ceremony Date on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday - Take Off $100
  • Ceremony Time on Thursday-Sunday before 1pm - Take Off $100
  • Ceremony Date in June or July - Take Off $50
  • Ceremony Venue in a Home Backyard - Take Off $50


Why I offer 'Take Offs' - because you should only pay for what you need and if you are having your ceremony in an off-peak time / date to save money, then I want to help you achieve that!

Reducing my fee does not lessen the amazing service you get from me. Every wedding gets the same energy, organisation and experience.  Discounts will be taken from your final balance invoice.


Payment Plan: 

$550 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date & time and prepare your legal documents.

$330 Progress Payment due two months before ceremony.

Balance due one month before ceremony.

JUST THE LEGALS

If you just want to sign the Marriage Register and get wed - this one is for you!

Invite up to 10 guests to witness you saying your legal vows at a location of your choosing - can be at home, a local park or beach. Exchange personal vows and rings if you wish. You will need at least at two witnesses over 18 (I can provide witnesses for an additional fee if you are truly eloping in secret!).


My fees are:

$500 plus 10% GST - Weekdays 10am to 2pm and weekends 10am to 1pm 

$650 plus 10% GST - Weekdays after 2pm and Weekends after 1pm

(subject to my availability within 30km of Success)


My office in Success $450 plus 10% GST

Weekdays 10am to 2pm and weekends 10am to 1pm only

Maximum of 6 guests only at my house


My fee includes:

  • All the legal documentation prepared and submitted to Registry.
  • Official Wedding Certificate presented on the day.
  • Week of Wedding Video Call to go over the details so it runs smoothly.
  • You can contact me any time with questions about your ceremony. 


Fee for dates in 2026. Enquire about 2027 onwards.


Payment Plan: 

50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date & time and prepare your legal documents.

Balance due one month before ceremony.

Tag Team Loveday

If you want someone else to present your ceremony - such as a family member, friend or church leader who is not an authorised celebrant - I can assist with the legal parts of the ceremony. I will provide your Ceremony Presenter with a template ceremony script.

Important Information

Whichever ceremony style you choose, you need to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with me no less than ONE MONTH before your desired wedding date to be able to legally marry. There are limited special exceptions, so contact me to discuss this if you want to get married in less than a month and I can tell you what you need to do.


Our initial meeting is free of charge with no obligation to book my services....but I sure hope you do!

cocktail hour host

You know that bit between your Ceremony and Reception when guests kinda don't know what to do?! Let me play Hostess with the Mostess! I will make sure it all runs smoothly and everyone has a great time. 


A few of the things you might like me to do:


  • Play music with my awesome PA system
  • Help organise family & friend photos
  • Liaise with Venue Coordinator and other Vendors to make sure  everything runs smoothly for your Reception
  • Get your Guest Book signed and Polaroids snapped!
  • Collect cards and gifts
  • Take candid snaps and videos of your guests enjoying Cocktail Hour
  • Get song requests to pass on to your DJ

 

Whatever you need to happen in the 'In Between', let me take care of it so you can enjoy your Just Married Love Bubble, getting photos and smooching!

Fee for 2 hours: $300 (plus GST)

Reception Host (MC & Coordinator)

As your Celebrant, I get to know you both really well and so I am the perfect person to be your MC too! It's so important to have someone organised, responsible and sober to keep your celebrations running smoothly so everyone can have the best time. 


Don't burden one of your guests with the duty of being MC for the evening - it's a big responsibility and they just want to have fun with you! 


I'll make sure it all runs perfectly from Cocktail Hour, to the photography schedule, meal service times, reception entrances, speeches, cake cutting, games and all of the fun stuff along the way. You can be sure I will have all of these formalities done ASAP with plenty of time left to enjoy yourselves.  


My Reception Host services include:

  • Comprehensive reception planning with a detailed run sheet.
  • Coordination and collaboration with all of your other vendors involved in reception celebration.
  • Four hours of attendance. For example, if your ceremony begins at 4pm, MC will be from 5pm - 9pm). 
  • Add additional hours if required - request quote.
  • Everything that is included in 'Cocktail Hour Host' - just let me know what you need!
  • Personal introductions to all of your formalities that fit in with the vibe of your day. 
  • The option to use of my high quality wireless PA and microphone system for speeches.


NOTE: This fee is an add-on to my Celebrant Services. If I am not your Celebrant, my standalone MC fee is from $1000 plus GST.

Fee for 4 hours: $800 (plus GST)

ceremony set up COORDINATOR

Do you need someone to be at your ceremony location early to oversee the set up?

If your ceremony is in a public place and you have furniture or decorations being delivered, you may need someone there to make sure that everything is placed correctly and that nothing is left unsupervised as if things go missing, you will be liable for replacement.


You may need someone to coordinate with your other vendors and be the point of contact for the day.

Rather than ask a family member or friend, I can do that for you!


If need some help with setting up some finishing touches that you have created yourselves like signs, reserved seat tags and decorations, I can help with that too.
